Who Put This on the Ballot: Placed on the ballot by the legislature.

How I Am Voting and Why: I'm voting yes. The changer removes stipulations for the classification of a veteran's disability status that allows for more veterans who are not employable as a result of their service related injuries to have the same access to exemptions as veterans who are classified as permanently disabled. It is a technical change that removes a barrier for veterans who should be eligible for these benefits.
